We continue our Leadership Management Program in Rousse. The training we held on 25.03.2017 was on Effective communication and teamwork, where 28 key employees from middle management went through topics such as creating communication, feedback and gratitude, communication changes, assertiveness.The training was lead by Marionela Bojkova and Nora Stefanova.
